3- burpees w/curls (2-20# dbs)/ 20 sec. rope wave

3- burpees w/curls (2-20# dbs)/ 20 sec. rope double wave

3- burpees w/curls (2-20# dbs)/ 20 sec. rope out circle wave

3- burpees w/curls (2-20# dbs)/ 20 sec. rope inside circle wave

3- burpees w/curls (2-20# dbs)/ 20 sec. rope snake.
