Walk block forward- 2240 ft
Walk block backward.
Min 1-5 20 sec. grip hold (2-10# dbs)  Last one 30 sec.
Min 1-5  15 sec grip hold (2-15# dbs)   Last 30 sec
Min 1-5   pistol band grip holds
