Min 1-5     10-burpees
Min 1-5  5- R/L 18" platform jumps
Min 1-5  5- R/L side to side steps18" platform.
Min 1-5   5- R/L side to side pushups  18" Platform
Min 1-5   5-R/L bent rows (20k).
Min 1-5   6- deadlifts  52# barbell
50 feet R/L farmers walk 20k)
160 yard jog.
